Shipping policy

Processing Time
All items are handmade. Please allow 1 to 7 business days for your order to ship. During the holiday season, processing may take 1 to 15 business days. If you need your order sooner, contact us by chat or email.

Shipping Confirmation
You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Address Accuracy
Please check your shipping address carefully before placing your order. Shipping fees are not refundable for incorrect addresses, refused packages, or returned shipments due to an address error.

Carrier Responsibility
Once your package is transferred to USPS, the carrier is responsible for delivery and any transit delays. We are not responsible for packages that are delayed, lost, or damaged in transit.

Marked Delivered but Not Received
If tracking shows “Delivered” and you did not receive your package, please contact USPS, your parcel locker service, or any third party that handles deliveries at your location. We are happy to provide any information they may need to assist you.
