To clean, use a Q-tip lightly dipped in rubbing alcohol and gently wipe the surface.
Avoid alcohol on earrings that have painted details.
Store your jewelry in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

Do you create custom designs?

Absolutely! Custom orders are one of our favorite ways to connect with our customers.

Do you offer wholesale options?

Yes, we offer wholesale partnerships for boutiques and retailers.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We begin processing orders within one business day of purchase.
Orders can be canceled up to that point.
If you need to make a change after processing begins, additional costs or shipping fees may apply.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship within the United States.
We hope to expand internationally in the future.

What is your return policy?

All sales are final, but if your jewelry arrives damaged or has a defect, please contact us within 6 days of delivery. We’ll be happy to help you find a solution.

When will my order ship?

Orders typically ship within 1–7 business days during most of the year and 1–15 business days during the holidays. You’ll receive an email with tracking details once your order is on its way. If you need your order rushed, please contact us before placing it.
